The early childhood care and preschool Go2Grow application for the 2025 to 2026 school year is now open via the Go2Grow websiteGo2Grow is an enrollment portal built for families in the Greater Charlottesville region to help them explore, compare, and apply for free or reduced-cost care and education programs tailored to children from birth to age 5.

The Go2Grow application is an initiative of Ready Region Blue Ridge, which works with local Head Start programs, Charlottesville City SchoolsAlbemarle County Public SchoolsAlbemarle County Department of Social Services, and United Way of Greater Charlottesville to increase the accessibility of childcare to families in our region.

To determine whether or not you and your family are eligible for the programs included in the Go2Grow application portal, refer to the eligibility charts below:

Go2Grow is intended to help families in the following areas: Albemarle County & Charlottesville, Buckingham County, Fluvanna County, Frederick Co, Clarke Co, Winchester City (NSV), Greene County, Harrisonburg & Rockingham, Louisa County, Madison County, Nelson County, Orange County, Page County, Rappahannock County, Shenandoah County, Staunton, Augusta Co, Waynesboro (SAW), and Warren County.
